Contest Guidelines • The Sweet Giveaway box will disclose an item (usually a book) to be given away to one lucky winner. • Contestants can enter to win between the dates listed below the “enter to win” button. • To enter, contestants must click on the “enter to win” button in the giveaway box and enter their name and email address. • The winner will be notified by email on the day after the entry deadline. • When the winner is notified, they must reply with their mailing address. • The Giveaway item will be mailed within 4 weeks from the time the mailing address is received. • The winner’s full name will only be used to mail the giveaway. • A first name may be used to announce the winner to Sweet on Books fans. Terms & Conditions • Winners will be chosen at random at the discretion of Sweet on Books. • There is no purchase necessary to enter to win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. • Only one entry is allowed per household unless the contest guidelines specify otherwise. • A full name and email address are required to win. • Entry dates start at 12:01am on the first date and end at 11:59pm on the last date listed, unless otherwise specified. • Winners must reply with their mailing address within 5 days of receiving notification that they’ve won. If they do not reply during this time period, their entry will be disqualified and another entry will be chosen. • Sweet on Books will mail the giveaway to the winner. • The winner’s address will only be used for the purposes of receiving the giveaway. • Entry email addresses may be used by Sweet on Books for ongoing email communications but will never be shared or distributed outside of Sweet on Books. An unsubscribe option is always available. • Sweet on Books reserves the right to change the giveaway item, if necessary, during the entry dates and after the contest is complete. • Winners have no obligations to Sweet on Books. • The winner must be a resident of the United States. • Minors entering must be assisted by their legal guardians. • The giveaway is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. • Sweet on Books accepts no responsibility for late or lost entries. • If for any reason the giveaway is not able to run as planned, Sweet on Books reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, postpone or amend this contest. |
