What You Need to Know:
• All Kinds of Families is a book about what makes a family, and the message/metaphor is that families come in all
   shapes and sizes.
• It's a beautiful book about acceptance and relationships.
• It would make a nice read-aloud for a classroom community and a family to read together.
• The illustrations are charming and appealling, just beautifully done by French artist, Marc Boutavant.
• The text is in rhyme and very lyrical.
Sweet Book Summary:

It also talks to the young reader about what came before them and what will come after them, thus helping them find their place in their world.
